Disney Frozen has become my most popular and in demand Party Theme for 2014. To date, I’ve done six birthday party set-ups and candy buffets with Elsa, Anna, Olaf and the rest of the Frozen characters. I get tons of inquiries also as to where they can buy the party favors and decors. Well, most of them are really hand crafted and made more beautiful with the help of my trusty printer.
Here are some details and do-it-yourself tips on how you can make your own Frozen themed dessert table.
Pinwheels or honeycomb paper decors make good snowflake-like ornaments for your backdrop. Trace and cut a snowflake template then add sparkly gems on each branch.
Styrofoam balls, tissue paper pompoms and white balloons hanging at the ceiling can be set up as snow-like props.
Add name buntings or make your own letter standees from board paper.
Serve sweets that go well with the theme and its colors like ‘Snowball’ mini donuts, Olaf”s carrot cake or simply carrot sticks, ‘Ice Wands’ made of white chocolate covered pretzel sticks with blue sugar sprinkles and Marshmallow ‘Snow’.
Watch out for our next Frozen party!
