My family’s favorite dessert, which is so simple and easy to make.
No baking required!
Rocky Road Chocolate Graham Mousse
Two (2) Packs Chocolate Graham Crackers
Two (2) 250ml All-Purpose Cream
One (1 ) Pack Flat Tops Chocolate
Crush the Chocolate Graham Crackers. Do this the easy way by placing the crackers in a Ziploc bag, then crush it using a rolling pin.
To make the mousse, melt the Flat Tops chocolate in a bowl over low heat boiling water. (Yes, I love Flat Tops and I patronize Pinoy chocolate products; but as an option, you can also use Hershey’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate.) When completely melted, mix the chocolate and all-purpose cream. Add sugar or condensed milk if you want it to be sweeter.
Put crushed Graham crackers in a bowl, just enough to cover the bottom. Here, I am using small Ramekin bowls but you can use Pyrex or other serving dishes as well that’s already available to you.
Pour in the chocolate cream and add some mini marshmallows and nuts. Do this step alternately with the crushed Graham crackers. The top of the bowl or your serving dish should be the chocolate cream mixture. Chill for 15-20 minutes then garnish with shaved chocolate, chocolate chips, brownie pieces or cherries.
